Turkey Chili Part II AKA Chili Fail Redemtion

I was making my turkey chili recipe when I realized that I had made a mistake. Instead of browning the turkey meat separately, I added it to the onion, tomato, and spices mixture. This resulted in a more liquid chili that resembled more of what you would expect from hot dog chili, somewhere between hearty chili and thick spaghetti sauce. The flavor was awesome so I decided to figure out a way to use this chili. First I refrigerated the chili overnight and looked up different options online. I decided to make a chili enchilada casserole.
