Gita’s Favorite Turkey Chili & Chili Mac (Redeption)





I have a turkey chili recipe that has been a hit for years. I tried to make chili mac for the first time, and was advised not to cook the pasta before putting it into the chili, which ended up as an epic fail! Today, I have an opportunity to redeem myself by making both the turkey chili, and chili mac. I shall report later!


I used my standard turkey chili recipe. This time I prepared the cooked the macaroni in boiling water for 6 minutes. I used Barilla. Once cooked, I let it cook down on the side and then mixed it with the cooked chili, folded in some cheese, and topped with more cheese. Baked in the oven for 15 minutes and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
